Competitive Team Registration Fees:
Coaches & Managers: $5.00 each
Fall: $50.00 per player (All Teams)
Spring: $50.00 per player (Only Approved Teams that Practice in Duncanville)
Teams wanting to Practice in Duncanville MUST Apply to DSA for Approval. (Fees are $50 Per Player in the Fall & Spring)

PAPERWORK NOW UPLOADED IN PLAYER PROFILE
BIRTH CERTIFICATES FOR ALL PLAYERS
PLAYERS MUST BE UPLOADED, EVEN IF THEY’VE BEEN VERIFIED PREVIOUSLY.
NEW SYSTEM,NEW START, NO EXCEPTION!
Required Forms to be Uploaded:
● NTSSA/USYS Competitive Membership Form for all players, 1 per player
● Proof of Age – Birth Certificate.
● Team Club Fact Sheet, no longer required to be uploaded. NTX just asks that
you keep it handy in case they ask you for a copy.
● Background Checks & SafeSport are Mandatory for Coaches & Managers.
Everyone who completes a Background Check is also required to do Safe Sport.
You cannot be placed on a roster with just ONE of these completed.
Home Association Responsibilities to Teams:
● Verify all paperwork: Competitive Membership Forms, Birth Certificates, and
releases, when uploaded.
● Verify jersey numbers; no duplicates
● Verify all Coaches; Managers have done Background check & Safesport.
● Generate North Texas Official roster.
–Deadline for ANY roster changes/updates is 6pm Thursday
Reminders:
● All paperwork is to be uploaded in DSA Competitive Team Home Registration
Fall 2024/Spring 2025
● To Transfer a Player, Upload Form Processed by NTX in DSA Competitive
Team Home Registration Fall 2024/Spring 2025
● Update ANY Changes (Jersey #, Address, Etc)
● To Delete a Player, upload Release Form processed by NTX in DSA

● Use the Notify button to let the registrar know there are any changes to your
roster.
● Changing/adding a Coach/Manager/Assistant:
● Background Check; Safesport Training is Required before they can be added to
roster.
